Hotel tua dengan peralatan tua seperti aircon hanya angin saja, tv tidak fungsi, springbed udah rusak, bantal bau (sempat diganti setelah dikomplain); Lahan parkir terbatas jadi harus parkir di pinggir jalan

Bilik belum dibersikan walaupun check in jam 6.45 petang. Pekerja mengadu tidak cukup orang. Hanya 2 orang pekerja kemas bilik. Susah cari parking. Keselamatan parking tanggungan sendiri. Hotel tiada security
