Perfect place to stay with our little family. The mountain view can be seen in our room. The parking lot for our car just below from our room. It's really perfect because we need to carried and move so many things from car to room. Our baby can go to balcony for play and enjoy the pine panorama.

Check in time should be at 2pm but we were told that our room was not ready due to late checkout by other guest before that. We needed to wait for 1 1/2 hours to get into the room 🤦🏻♀️ the room was not really clean. Spider webs everywhere with insects trapped on the webs 🤦🏻♀️ the bed was hard

Best sangat, actually kami ni banyak songeh dan banyak tanya sikit. Tapi staff di sini layanan kami dengan penuh mesra. Greetings dari mereka sangat terbaik. Makanan di restaurant pun sangat terbaik. Magnificent view of Mount Kinabalu from this resort. Staff are friendly. Very well maintained resort. Food is reasonable price. Our 3rd visit to kundasang, but this is the best experience ever. Room is spacious, fully carpet, heater well function. We really enjoyed our stay!congratulation to kinabalu pine resort and team!
