Room is small but enough for 2 people and very clean.
Shared bath room are also clean.
Staff are nice and helpful.
I loved the garden.

Stay untuk 3h2m..1stday check-in agak lewat malam.. Staff ok bg layanan bagus.. Keadaan bilik ok selesa sesuai dengan harga yang ditawarkan.. Lokasi hotel berada di tempat yang strategik.. Banyak kemudahan spt bank, kedai makan, kedai serbaguna.. Cuma hari terakhir, air panas xberfungsi.. So, terpaksa laa mandi dengan air sejuk wlpn waktu tu cuaca memang sejuk..

Suasana nyaman. Bilik bajet untuk bermalam boleh stay sini kalau untuk selesa tu boleh stay tempat lain. Bising rumah depan main motor menganggu orang nak berehat. Yang ada family tak sesuai untuk stay.

Kalau nak tidur tu boleh sangat la. Semua okey je. Tkya kipas pon tak apa sebab malam sejuk gedik-gedik kau. So sedia la apa yang patut sedia. Nama pon motel bukan hotel kan so selesa untuk tido, mandi. Ada tuala ada sabun 👍

Berbaloi dengan harga. Seperti berada di rumah dan balik kampung kerana di luar ada taman kecil, buaian dan banyak pokok bunga. Untuk naik ke bilik terasa seperti berada dalam rumah. Boleh walk in ke kedai makan dan pasaraya. Menu yang disediakan berpatutan dan boleh order. Time check out I said to receptionist thankk you very much, nice place, nice view, room clean. See you KRS Pines.

The room was very comfy and clean. The service was good and the staff are very friendly. In addition, It is just 3-5 minutes waking distance from Tanah Rata town. Thank you for making my stay here memorable.

Worst ever. I wake up at around 4 a.m. and I noticed that the door was already unlock. An attempt to steal my belonging. No wonder there is no secondary lock. Lack of facility also. Better avoid this hotel next time.

Mặc dù reception nói tiếng anh chuẩn, giúp lên kế hoạch đi tour giúp, gần trạm xe bus (đi bộ khoảng 15 phút) nhưng phòng ốc và đồ đạc ở đây có vẻ cũ kỹ và hơi dơ, wifi ở khách sạn khi lên phòng là không thể truy cập được. Không có nhân viên trực 24/24 nên lúc trả phòng sớm để đón bus không có ai để contact.
