Upon check-in, you are required to bring ID Card, Marriage Certificate. Please bring the required documents in hard copy.

Gym, Hallway, Lobby, Lounge, Spa, Restaurant / Bar, Swimming Pool open for limited number of guests per day from 18-3-2023 to 31-12-2023.
Deposit Policy
Deposit MYR 100.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash, debit or credit card.
Minimum Age for Check-in Policy
Minimum age to check-in is 18. Minor guests must be accompanied by adults upon check-in.

Hotel cantik dan bersih.
Parking banyak dan free.
Pilihan makanan luar hotel macam2 ada sbb dalam mall.
Theme park sangat sesuai utk kanak2..kolam dewasa pun 1.2meter je..

Parking still free without having to validate your TnG card at the reception. Ample parking spot (designated at level 2M, 3, 3M for guests)
The downside is though I paid for double superior KING bed, the room given has two single beds instead. But since dah malas nak minta tukar coz penat gila, I just duduk jelah the given room.

Hotel was on top of the shopping mall, so it is convenient. Not many facilities available, the standard would be a swimming pool. If you wish to go to the gym, you need to go inside the mall and redeem a gym voucher from the counter. The kid's room has been closed for 1 year already. Parking is shared with the mall and quite limited. You need to wait for parking to be available, and it is at an open car park (uncovered).

Room comfortable, the ambiance was good. The swimming pool is kids friendly. The breakfast buffet is also nice and delicious. The hotel is also connected to a mall, although not many stores are open yet, but okay la.

A new hotel with attached mall. (shop is not fully open yet.) The hotel it self is OK. Worth the money. Bfst is nice with lots of choices. The staff were really great. Very helpful especially the front desk. Kudos to them. Will come again definitely.

Just OK. New hotel, clean. Can go to mall nearby but a lot of shops do not open yet. Besides that, if you are the level 22, you have to wait for long time to go down. Especially when the time to check out. The lift always full house ….

My solo trip was pleasant staying in this hotel. The esplanade mall is much convenience. Friendly & polite staff. Thanks a lot to the front desk lady staff for helping me to book grab car on my check out day. Recommended hotel of course!
