Saya kecewa sangat kecewa sekali saya pesankan kamar di gedung yang sama dengan sepupu saya di casa residency. Foto di aplikasi dengan foto yang asli tempat menginap sengat berbeda sekali dan tidak segedung. Ini lebih tepat seperti rumah kos-kosan. Rumah agak berdebu dan jadul. Agak jauh jalan dari apartmen casa residency ke rumah tersebut. Tidak sesuai dengan harga yang ada di aplikasi. sangat tidak recommended.

The owner is very kind, we should book a small room but the owner give a big 1 apartment 2 bedroom, very satisfied with the service provided, his employees helped us pick up our luggage, very comfortable furnishings, we definitely stay here again ❤️

We’ve informed the owner about our check in time (3pm, non-smoking room), however the room wasn’t ready by the time we arrived. Moreover, we noticed that the handlers seemed unaware of our bookings. We are told to wait for at least 30mins for the room to be cleaned, so we left our luggages at the property and go out for food and shopping. We returned after 5 hours. As we opened the door to our room, we felt a heavy smell of cigarette smoke. We kept the windows open through our stay in attempt to make it better, without success.
