As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• A tax is imposed by the city: MYR 2.00 per accommodation, per night
• Cleaning fee: MYR 50 per accommodation, per night
• A damage deposit of MYR 200 will be collected before check-in.

The front desk is open daily from 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and lockbox information. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.

The property will be renovating from September 11 2024 to February 28 2026 (completion date subject to change). The following areas are affected:

During renovations, the cottage will make every effort to minimize noise and disturbance.
