Please be informed that this hotel does not comes with elevator (accessible by staircase only). All guests are obliged to below house rules once your booking is confirmed. i. Upon check-in, hotel Front Desk will collect from guests MYR 2.00 Local Government Fee (imposed by Penang Government). This tax is based on per room per night and do not included in room rates. ii. Hotel reception is open until 11.00PM daily. In case you are expected to check-in after 11.00PM, you must contact hotel before arrival. Otherwise, hotel will consider your booking as No-Show. iii. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. iv. All special request such as Early Check-In and Late Check-Out is not guaranteed and strongly subject to hotel’s availability. Additional charges may apply. v. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to hotel availability. vi. Additional fee such as extra bed, food and beverage, telephone, room service etc is handled directly between guest and hotel.

這家飯店距離林華義醫院很近，步行即可到達。飯店只有樓梯，因此不太適合老人入住。作為一家經濟型酒店，清潔程度一般。值得一提的是，飯店提供熱水器和洗衣房。

Siti女士人非常好，退房後她允許我們把行李寄存在酒店，這樣我們就可以輕鬆自在地四處逛逛了！房間乾淨舒適，空調也很涼爽！浴室有點舊，但至少很乾淨。浴室入口附近有時會有點味道……不過，考慮到價格，性價比還是很高的！唯一的缺點是離喬治市有點遠……但是離極樂寺和檳城山很近，所以也還好。

Ke RS lam wah ee kepeleset sampai, minusnya paling di kenyamanan kamar saja sih karpet nya gk tau kotornya sudah hitam, but AC dingin tempat tidur okelah, no komen sih harganya juga murah banget.

Very very old building, very old carpet. Toilet also very bad and getting bad smell from drainage when ever I open the tap. No floor mat for toilet area. Good thing in the room is clean blankets and cool aircon.

Harga kamar sesuai harga ya, sangat dekat RS jadi kalau mau bolak balik tanggal jalan kaki saja. Kalau untuk kamar, please deh masa ada jaring laba-laba di sudut ruangan, kalau boleh jujur sih setelah dicek langsung ke resepsionis, harga kamar lebih murah daripada pesan online 😕. Kalau untuk nyari makan mah gampang banget dan enak juga, tapi makanannya lebih banyak yang non halal ya.

Kamar yang ada kamar mandi di dalam kamar, malah tidak bersih, tidak terawat, karpet rasa berdebu karena saya ada sinus jadi sensitive sekali, bantal keras sekali, tv tidak hidup, wastafel bocor. Lengkap penderitaan.

This inn is very near the Lam Wah Ee Hospital only 300 metres. But the frontdesk service and the cleanliness of the inn is not as good as the reviews. The receptionist is unfriendly. The room is very dirty and the bathroom is very small. So many bugs and insects all around the room. Not recommended unless you have the need of medical treatment at Lam Wah Ee Hospital.
