The room is under a different management but looks exactly like the other rooms in the hotel. Check in is done slightly different but not inconvenient. The management sends someone to deliver the key and deposit at the lobby. Likewise for checking out. It is a pretty old room but kept clean enough. Would appreciate if bathroom slippers were provided though. Everything else met expectations and was even surprised that the room got cleaned on my second day. Location is a win with Times Square right at the door step so we would definitely consider this room again when visiting Kuala Lumpur.

I paid for the hotel, when I went there for check in. There 's no person incharge there. I had to asking people around and the give one person numbers, I tried to call the number multiple time but engaged. In the end I had to sleep inside the car for whole night with family because we got no money to spend for hotel. 😡 it 's very bed for what had happen.

Location was awsome. But the Room was quite run down, lack of maintenance. The flush for the toilet bowl was not functioning, i need to fix it myself. Bathroom with water stain all around, seems has been there for quite some time. Overall is a average stay.

All great. the apartment is strategically located in the central of KL. it's clean, comfortable and spacious. note to remember: no receptionists here. you've to call the respective person authorized by the owners to meet you and give the key.

It is not so bad. Only the host did not provide any drinking/mineral water. The water kettle was not fully clean. Instant noodle was found in it. Overall only satisfaction experienced
