Accommodation charges MYR 64.00/guest for extra breakfast.

Effective from June 1, 2014, the City Council of Penang will impose a Local Council Tax of MYR 3 per room per night for 4 and 5-star hotels, and MYR 2 per room per night for 0 to 3-star hotels. The star rating will be in accordance to the rating from Local Council and should the rating differ from the website, the local council rating will apply. This fee is being included in Hotel's Room Rate.

With effect from 01 September 2017, with reference to the Law of Malaysia Act 791, Tourism Act 2017, hotel guests who are non-Malaysian or non-Permanent Resident of Malaysia, are committed to a Tourism Tax of MYR 10.00 nett per room night of stay as determined and imposed by the Malaysian Government, which is not included in the reservation and will be collected by the hotel upon check in. This is to be applied in-addition to existing fees/taxes levied and the existing local tourism fee in Penang.

Lone Pine , The Boutique Hotel by The Beach will operate on limited services from 09 November 2020 to 06 December 2020. Please be advised on the following: Restaurant operations will commence from 7.00am to 3.00pm daily Breakfast will be served from 7.00am to 10.30am ( ala carte only ) Lunch will be served up to 3.00 pm ( ala carte only ). Dinner service is not available. In-Room Dining service is available with similar timing until the restriction is lifted. Swimming pools and bar operations will be temporarily ceased. Essential resort-based services such as security ,BOMBA and utilities will remain operational during this period.

UPGRADING NOTICE We would like to inform that we have started a progressive upgrade to upkeep the hotel and to ensure the comfort of all our guests. Our main restaurant will be closed for major renovation. Breakfast will be served at the Garden whereas lunch and dinner will be served at Lepak Corner. Construction noise will be expected but will be kept to minimum level while it undergoes the enhancements.

Breakfast is inclusive for 4 persons for Premier Seafacing Room and Grand Premier Suite. Breakfast is inclusive for 3 person for Premier, Premier Courtyard, Deluxe Suite, while the rest of the rooms and suites are inclusive of breakfast for 2 persons. Additional adult is chargeable at RM150.00nett per adult per night inclusive of breakfast and complimentary extra bed. Additional child aged 6 to 12 years old will be charged at RM120.00nett per child per night inclusive of breakfast and complimentary extra bed. Breakfast is included for child aged 5 years old and below, sharing same bedding with parents; up to a maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 2 children/infants per room (depends on the maximum occupants per room).
