We had the most pleasant stay here. Thank you Ms. Aina for helping me with the room decoration. It was a blast experience. Our children also enjoyed so much, especially with the mini theme park. We surely will come again.

We were given 1Bedroom Suite ground floor with the water park view. Bonus King size bed and RM20 food voucher. Room was clean and water heater worked well. House keeping, cafe and reception staff were helpful. Love the roti canai, teh tarik and croissants. The beach was clean and a lot of water activities offered at package price. Ideal for family vacation and getaway for a day or two.

The hotel is overall okay. Cost is reasonable. And the water playground included inside the hotel is fantastic for children. Except that I have booked a room with a king-sized bed, but turn out to be two small twin beds. And I cannot get a change because the hotel is full. And the food quality is not good.

The rooms are quite old but spacious, layout in chalet, acceptable for price we paid for. Have a number of choices of food nearby, lot of activities such as paint ball, mini golf, water playground, etc. My family enjoy the stay overall.

Really nice stay. Accommodation is perhaps dated by we like it. Interesting have 1 bedroom duplex with stairs. Staff all very helpful. Breakfast was very very good. It's resort so pretty much everything is available on site. Nothing in walking distance so need grab.

Everything from a retail outlet to several restaurants and a cafe with many activities to keep you busy in the property itself. Suitable for corporate events and family. The staffs are friendly, they try to keep the beach clean everyday. The water looks dirty, probably due to pollution by the ships. I wouldn't swim, but great for long beach walks.

Stay started good but later there was power surge middle of the night around 1:30am and it took almost 3-4 hours to recover. It was so terrible experience especially when you have young kids. Breakfast options are also not good and more chaotic. Saw some hygiene flaws too. Definitely i will never come back here. There are better options in desaru for hotels.

Lots of activities to do there, nice swimming pools and plenty of food options. Unfortunately the lazy pool was closed. Food is convenient to eat but pricey. Complimentary breakfast has lots of food options but challenging to walk a far distance and a bit hot as it is outdoors. Walking to the beach is also a bit far compared to other hotels, about 200+ meters. Beach has convenient shower areas and toilets. Room has stairs which are challenging to walk up for expecting mothers. Outdoor elevator to the room sometimes does not work.

@ Road signs--not clear enough to show direction of rooms or block. @ Shelter-during raining shelters are not link from block to block. @ Handicap-not convenient for Handicap. Paveway are not convenient for wheelchair bound especially raining time. Shelter pathways are not link. Halfway, need to move into open to reach next block. @ Lift-only designated blocks got lift. So need go to that block to go up to the floor & U-turn back to block where he/she is staying. Again for handicap, due to some blocks got no life is inconvenient. @Room-looks old. Housekeeping in rooms on bedsheet folding don't looks professional- not fully properly or fully folded.

The hotel is overall okay. Cost is reasonable. And the water playground included inside the hotel is fantastic for children. Except that I have booked a room with a king-sized bed, but turn out to be two small twin beds. And I cannot get a change because the hotel is full. And the food quality is not good.

Lots of activities to do there, nice swimming pools and plenty of food options. Unfortunately the lazy pool was closed. Food is convenient to eat but pricey. Complimentary breakfast has lots of food options but challenging to walk a far distance and a bit hot as it is outdoors. Walking to the beach is also a bit far compared to other hotels, about 200+ meters. Beach has convenient shower areas and toilets. Room has stairs which are challenging to walk up for expecting mothers. Outdoor elevator to the room sometimes does not work.
