Bilik cantik, selesa, seaview pon lawa. Tapi sayang sangat lif ada dua ja, satu lif pelawat satu lif bomba. Lif bomba pula rosak, jadi semua orang yg stay situ terpaksa gunakan satu lif yang amatlah lambat dan buat hal setiap kali nak guna. Kami semua terpaksa tunggu lebih daripada 15-30 minit semata-mata untuk naik lif sampaikan keluarga saya memilih untuk menggunakan tangga turun naik dari tingkat 10 ke parking. Parking pula sunyi dan gelap tiada lampu. Kolam renang pula tidak dieselenggara dan tiada orang bersihkan, air kotor dan berlumut. Pengurusan di sini diuruskan oleh banyak pihak, Lumut Valley Resort Condominium, Super Clean dan lain-lain. Sila pastikan anda book bilik dengan pihak mana sebelum sampai di sana atau sebaik saja ID Booking diberikan kerana pejabat Super Clean tidak beroperasi disitu. Akhir sekali, saya nasihatkan anda untuk tidak memilih condominium ini untuk mengelakkan masalah seperti ini berlaku.

During the check in have conflict because the condominium are managed by 3 company. So the 1 st receptionist suruh kami pergi check in dgn super clean company outside from building. Its problem come from agent yang salah deals with that company dan menyusahkan customer. The building and facilities very old and outdated, lift byk rosak and tak services, suasana sgt seram, company not provided extra tilam dan bantal , towel tak cukup just for 3 people, rice cooker also not provided jauh berbeza dgn condominium yg pernah kami sewa di mana2 pusat peranginan di cameron. The price not setanding dgn facilities yg disediakan. Very bad and not recommend for others better you stay at budget hotel la.

Suasana di sekitar amat menyeramkan, sunyi dan tidak berlampu di kawasan parkir kereta Butang lif tidak boleh ditekan dari luar. Lantai rumah berhabuk teruk dan terpaksa dibersihkan dahulu sebelum menginap. Sliding door tidak boleh dikunci tidak selamat bagi keluarga yang mempunyai anak kecil. Peralatan mandian tidak disediakan dengan lengkap. Di bilik tidur paling kecil hanya ada kipas dinding sahaja bukan kipas syiling. Lantai parket di dalam bilik tercabut dan melekit. Bilik air di dalam bilik berbau busuk. Kolam renang tidak boleh digunakan dan sudah lama ditinggalkan tanpa pembersihan tetapi di dalam iklan kolam masih cantik dan boleh digunakan.
