This hotel is excellent at its price. It’s new, clean, room is not big but tidy and comfortable, stuffs are super nice and helpful. Location is good. Highly recommended!

New property in excellent location ! Entire team was so friendly and we even had the chance to meet the Hotel's GM Mr Nixon Chin who took care of us so extremely well! We invited him to join us for a evening drink nearby the hotel with us and really superb nice gentleman !! Highly recommend anyone planning to stay in Georgetown to stay in lyf Georgetown Penang !!

Greeted with almost 3 hours of delay for check in. Luckily gotten the best room (partial sea-view) as promised by staff. Since it’s a fixed menu for breakfast, might as well send it to the room rather than pickup from the lobby and the ‘chef’ seems like out of hand handling the crowd.

Beautifully designed, specially the pool and the lift. Appreciate the pantry at each floor for you to reheat your food because Penang is famous for its food. But overall it doesn't feel like staying in a hotel, it's more like a motel. Comfort level is not there. Bedroom overall feel more like a 2-star motel rather than a hotel. Location was rather far from famous street food too. Nothing much in this area. So sadly I don't think I will return again.

Location is very strategic and nicely located near shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. - 30 mins from the airport - 5-10 mins to markets and foodie places.
