overall sangat terbaik, facility dalam hotel sangat sesuai untuk aku 👍🏼 Tapi ramp diluar agak curam sebab dibuat corner... jika berpenjaga boleh lah bantu elak jatuh wheelchair user kami menginap semalaman, rehat sehari untuk esok apptment doc di hospital berdekatan . dapat la healing healing sambil bjln jauh 🌸

The room is okay, but not so comfortable to stay for more than one night. The room is not worth the price. The air conditioning is not like 16 degrees Celsius. I mean, we pay more than RM100 for a night, but the room is too small for that price, and the air conditioning is not like you imagine when staying at a hotel with that price. This is not my first time, but the conditions still did not improve.

Hotel not bad. Parking je yang susah sikit. Everything yang lain oke je.

Was so pleased to stay there with the nice and helpful staff. The family room was decent and spacious. Wheelchair friendly.

It was a nice at this hotel. I will definitely come back to this hotel again. Accessible for wheelchair users, but there are sometimes motorcycles or cars parked and blocked the line in front of the hotel. The receptionists are very helpful. I really appreciate that.

Very noisy the whole night until morning. Noise from the street vehicles nonstop that the couldn't get to sleep at all in the family room that face the main street.

Clean hotel, food is ok, value for the Money

The room looks like the picture we saw in the website. The fan in the room was layered with dust but does not affect the stay as the AC was working fine. Certain TV channels were not clear and blurry but it was ok as we don't stay in the room all the time. On the overall, we had a good stay. Will definitely come back in the future.

I have stayed in this place all the time since 201. I must say that the cleanliness is not as good as previously and some maintenance need to be upgraded, especially the aircon. I have change room because of the aircon not cold and making noises, however, seems like almost all the aircon need major cleaning. The lift is always dirty as usual, a simple place mat before the lift will do the job. Suggest that the night security guard do a vehicle log/recording so to know who are the cars that park there are guest. else he will just sleep and watch video on his phone. He doesn't seems to bother who you are , even walk past him also no eye contact. Overall still a value hotel for money. The showers are still excellent.

Good experience with clean bathroom and ambience, suitable for everyone to stay in and relax. Compared to other budget hotels, price was higher. Breakfast provided but moderate quality, fried noodles fried rice nasi lemak mee soto, cereals with condensed milk was bad. Overall, if price was better as in around RM80 for a single room during off peak then will be great! The breakfast can be improved, or otherwise, skipped.

At first It is a bit hard to find the location based on GPS but manage to find by the given signboard. Overall stay satisfying.
