超乎預期的設施與設備，我給絕對的滿分。但如同其他評論所說，因為剛好面臨繁忙的大馬路，音量真的較大，不過床的舒適度還是讓我即刻陷入昏迷，整體還是推薦給大家。不ok的是hotel.com並沒有通知我入住在原地check in就好，害我多跑來回一趟到二館。

重要提示
As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.
Document Policy
Upon check-in, you are required to bring ID Card, Passport / IC . Please bring the required documents in hard copy.
Deposit Policy
Deposit MYR 200.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash, debit or credit card.
Minimum Age for Check-in Policy
Minimum age to check-in is 18. Minor guests must be accompanied by adults upon check-in.

Effective 1 September 2017, hotel guests who are non-Malaysian or non-Permanent Residents of Malaysia are required to pay a tourism tax of MYR 10 nett per night per room for all registered hotels with the Malaysian Government. This is in addition to the existing taxes that could be collected at the hotel upon check-in. Please check with the hotel upon arrival regarding these taxes.

For a 3-star hotel, the space was very clean, and the two bedrooms were sufficient for our family of 5. Since the hotel is located on the side of a busy road, it can be challenging for e-hailing cars to stop and there was quite a bit of traffic noise at night. However, overall, our stay was great.

Comfort room but this hotel no lobby and no parking car for pick up if use grab. So a little bit difficult. This hotel should improve the cleanliness for the room and cleaning boy also clean the room very fast and hurry maybe only 10 minutes. No one at receptionist to standby so tats very difficult when we need somting or check in and check out.

Betul-betul nyaman. Luas, fasilitas lengkap. Terhitung baru. Kekurangan hanya bagian resepsionis tidak standby setiap saat. Harus mengontak lewat WA terlebih dahulu.

(+) The check in and check out were smooth. Although we're checking out early, they were happy to assist us. Note: the receptionist is only 10 am to 10 pm, but they are stand by 24 hour at their office nearby. (+) Room is clean and complete with stove, microwave, electric kettle, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, fridge and washing machine. They even provide spoons, forks and plates. (+) Lots of tourists attraction is easy to reach by walking (+) At night, there's lots of food stalls at corner of lebuh Mcnair and lebuh Presgave. (-) the TV channels is not much to watch. but no problem for us that we travel much.

Lebih dari ekpektasi lebih dari ekspektasi karena saya bersama teman teman berpikir dengan harga yang kami bayar, kami hanya mendapat ruang standar. Tapi kami terkejut karena ruangannya luas, rapi, bersih dan modern. Di dalam ruangan kami juga disediakan laundry beserta sabunnya serta ada microwave dan dapur untuk memasak. Meskipun resepsionis tidak ada di dalam hotel, Proses check-in mudah karena saya telah menyimpan nomor hotel dan menghubungi lewat wastap sehingga petugas check-in langsung sampai bersamaan dengan tibanya kami di hotel.

I just love everything about this stay! The room exceed my expectation. The worry about no receptionist & no person standby at that area also not raise any problem to me which I prefer that type of arrangement. The person who need to pass the passcode to me also arrived earlier than me which need him to wait for awhile,thanks for the patient. Plus he still smiling to me once I'm reached. Proper arrangement of the staff & timing. Again, I just love about everything ❤️❤️❤️ Sure will suggest to friends & family & I can't wait to try another hotel under PHC!

Pastikan kamu bisa menelepon ke nomor telepon malaysia sebelum menginap disini. Karena untuk proses check-in dan check-out, kita harus menelepon mereka terlebih dahulu. di luar daripada itu, Kamar disini sangat luas dengan semua fasilitas yang baik. Jika suatu saat saya berkunjung lagi ke penang dengan teman atau keluarga, hotel ini akan menjadi pilihan pertama saya untuk menginap.
