We stayed here for 3 nights and we had a great time. The suite had three bedrooms and the service staff cleaned our used plates, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent since it is right beside the Jesselton Point Ferry Terminal, which greatly facilitates our trips to adjacent islands. And it is very close to the Gaya Sunday Market. The location is unbeatable. The room is clean and spacious.

位置一流，出行及飲食購物都方便，我訂了5晚高級大床房，相片顯示有大落地窗近床邊，但被安排住尾二房，窗戶極小及完全冇景，感覺被欺騙，加上浴室衛生不理想，隔音亦極差，絕不推介。

優点：交通方便，近出島碼頭，附近餐廳多，近夜市
缺點： 早餐選擇少，變化少
泳池今次比上次衛生差，沙灘椅之前（6個月前）有7張，其中三張藍色長椅質素都己經很差，藍色綱布完全下陷，躺下全接解在鐵支，今次首兩天只剩兩張沙椅(藍色)，之後全都搬走，只可躺在地上，感覺很不舒服
房間今次發現很多長頭髮，連床上都發現有，牀單有污漬，朋友房間用完沖涼液都沒有加

這間旅館號稱4星級，但是很多細微地方都不是很好，像是房間外面走廊地板上都有很多小垃圾、髒污。
雖然這間旅館也在Gaya街附近，但是走到Gaya街一些有名的餐廳也要10來分鐘。這間旅館雖然離哲思頓碼頭很近，但是附近都是快車道，要走路過去的話，還是得繞路。
優點是房價便宜，房間大小適可，員工還滿友善的。

澡室玻璃門沒有擋水設施，引致洗手間地面非常濕滑，盛載牙刷和漱口水杯的膠盆很不乾淨，房間隔声很差和早上没有熱水供应。

1.當天下午3點check in時說房間還沒整理好，請我們稍等，結果等了20分鐘，問要再等多久，結果說還要再40分鐘，重點還要我們一直問！
2.房間整理很隨性，大浴巾沒換，只把它攤開放在房間床上晾乾；浴袍換完沒補新的，要我們打電話到櫃台問，才補上
3.洗澡熱水越洗水越冷
其他環境與設施上都還算不錯～

房間很大，但check in很慢，都到3點了房間還沒打掃好，請我們先在一旁等也未告知要等多久？問了3次才說還要近一小時的時間，整個行程都延誤了⋯
但是飯店就在跳島搭船的港口邊，步行不用5分鐘，doorman人都很友善會幫忙開門。
另外，去吃早餐時，被告知只有一人份的早餐，還要到櫃台請人員重複確認才發現是飯店系統出錯，很不專業！
