Mercury Boutique Hotel住宿政策及一般資訊
重要提示
As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.
Effective from 1st January 2025, the Melaka State Government imposed a mandatory MYR 4.00 Heritage Tax Fee per occupied room per night for all hotel accommodation. This fee may change without prior notice. This fee will be collected by hotel upon guest arrival.

All bookings are subject to an additional MYR 2 Heritage Charge per room per day. This is to be paid directly at the hotel.

Experience with this hotel: Good Experience. 1) Warm welcome by front office staff (Ramya). Recommend few attraction places. 2) Housekeeping staff (foreign worker) provide service upon request for something. 3) Good location for surrounding. 4) Available private parking Infront of hotels. Not Good Experience. 1) The toilet too smelly, requested housekeeping to clean and they fixed the air fresher (coway) for whole night. Found some charcoal begs inside room to reduce the smell. 2) The door is not a soundproof until can hear other guest voice at corridor. 3) The road Infront hotel always pack with vehicles jammed. 4) No mineral water bottles provide inside room, need to refill water dispenser inside toilet?.

Kamarnya rapi dan bersih. Tapi di kamar saya selalu kedengaran suara berisik dari luar seperti ada yang sedang memperbaiki sesuatu, jadi terkadang agak kurang nyaman ketika mau tidur.

Wangi, bersih, ready TV dengan banyak pilihan channel, dekat ke sentral medical juga wisata rumah merah, tidak disediakan air minum ya tapi sebelah ada Minimart gampang murah juga, tombol listrik sudah serba elektrik/sentuh gitu.
