Merlin guesthouse was great, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, they checked each day if we wanted our room cleaned. The room was a good size, with a comfortable bed. Bathroom was a wet room, but kept very clean. Location was good, short walk to many bars/restaurants and the hop on hop off tourist bus had a stop just round the corner.

Lokasi strategis, dekat halte bus. Untuk orang tua, naik ke lantai atas agak susah karena kondisi tangga yang agak curam. Hal lainnya, cukup bagus.

Awal check-in dapat kamar di lantai 3, pas dibuka ternyata kamar bekas dipakai orang lain dan tidak dirapikan kembali.
Kemudian oleh resepsionis dipindahkan ke kamar di lantai 1, kamarnya lebih luas, namun lantai kotor seperti tidak disapu, lampu hanya 1 sehingga kurang terang.
Kamar mandi bersih, hanya saja tidak diberikan sikat gigi dan tidak dapat air mineral.
Semoga kedepannya lebih diperhatikan kembali kebersihan kamarnya.
Oya, di kamar tersedia arah kiblat dan sajadah serta mukena buat muslim.

Khách sạn hơi cũ và hơi tối do đèn, hầu như các phòng đều được cho thuê lưu trú dài hạn. Địa điểm nằm ở khu dễ dàng di chuyển tới những địa điểm tham quan khác. Giá cả cũng hợp lý.

Pro - near with many attractions like 3D Art Museum, Fort Cornwallis, padang kota etc. The room was clean and tidy. Con - No elevator. Just imagine my mom is senior citizen need to climb 3rd floor eventhough I was mentioned earlier in my reservation.

Good enough for those who just stay overnight. The air-con not cold enough. Old towel should be changed to the new one to maintain the cleanliness. Water heater, hair dryer and garbage bag should be put in every hotel room especially for the Family Room. WiFi not strong enough.
