As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Please be informed that Malaysian’s Government has made an announcement of which the Tourism Tax will be implemented effectively on 1 September 2017 for Hotel Premises. Under this mandate, the hotel shall collect from foreigners guest RM10.00 per room per night when they stayed at our premises. This tax is not included in the room charges.

With effect from 01 September 2017, with reference to the Law of Malaysia Act 791, Tourism Act 2017, hotel guests who are non-Malaysian or non-Permanent Resident of Malaysia, are committed to a Tourism Tax of MYR 10.00 nett per room night of stay as determined and imposed by the Malaysian Government, which is not included in the reservation and will be collected by the hotel upon check in. This is to be applied in-addition to existing fees/taxes levied and the existing local tourism fee in Penang.

卫生间干净宽敞，水流很快。房间很宽敞，最好的设施是祈祷垫、熨斗和熨衣板、吹风机。枕头更好。总的来说，最好的！最棒的是卫生间很宽敞！停车位也充足。

Oh dear, this hotel has so much to improve. The room was pretty shocking, bathroom with stained and moldy walls, and dirty sliding door that doesn't work. Stained bedsheets and pillows that were so out of shape. TV that 's smaller than my laptop screen, not sure of the channel, we didn't manage to switch it on. Water dispenser in the room has weird smell, and no fridge provided at all. All in all, please improve, otherwise its such a pity for us who need a 1 night stay before going to the islands, cause your location is pretty good!

The accommodation looks exactly like picture. Spacious, clean. Comfortable. Parking for guest available. Near to ktcc, many restaurant nearby. It 's just that water heater not working during our stay but otherwise fulfilled our expectation.

Reception ok je. Yang tak okay bilik. Bilik mandi tersumbat, bilik berhabuk duduk 1malam dah kena selsema. Dan yang tak puas hati. Bagi level dengan orang yang quarantine covid-19. Apa ke jadah nye. Lepas balik daripada sana now diri saya sendiri harini di dapati positif covid-19. Sungguh amat terkilan. Kerana pihak hotel tak ada bagitahu pape. Mengganggu pulak tu dengan bunyi bising. Sekian!

The hotel room was bad. We requested for non smoking room in the booking and apparently the room we got smell badly! We requested to change a new room but it was the last room they have for the night. It ended up we need to top up additional bucks to get a so called ‘sweet room’. The facilities, cleanliness and environment were not as what you expected in the photo. Totally disappointed especially the cleanliness.

Everything was great except the room 312 do not have hot shower because my friends rooms hot shower working perfectly well. Sure hope the management see to this issue and fix it.

Request for non smoking room but when check in the room smells of cigarettes inside the room. We then change to another non smoking room but it facing the main road and was very noisy at night. Location is quiet good near to China Town about 1km. Is okay for business trip stay one night or two.
