A lovely big room on the top floor, overlooking the city. Plenty of windows for maximum light and a beautiful view of the sunset. The staff were all lovely and the handyman was very helpful and friendly. Located within easy walking distance of great eateries, shopping malls and the waterfront.

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

So far okay, tapi tandas ada bau lembap dan tempat shower tu air slow nak keluar so mcm kita mandi berendam kaki. Bilik ni connecting so siapa yg stay mesti akan terdengar suara orang bercakap, time tu suara budak2 yg bermain sgt kuat kedengaran. Overal okay la, tmpt senang cari makan,senang ke mall jalan kaki pun boleh.

Room was okay. Huge and everything was amazing. Only breakfast time need to wait and even they noticed us to order but pretend like nothing happened. For me that was rude to serve guest like that. The staff need to improve their communication with guest. Overall was ok.
