I love the staff service, very friendly and helpful .. The car windshield was cleaned every morning.. The breakfast was absolutely delicious .. However, the room a bit crowded with furniture, not enough space for prayer in the room (Stayed at 1 queen + 1 single beds room)

My siblings and I were so satisfied with the service and accomodation here. Very clean, friendly staffs and nice view. Overall, this hotel provided beyond than we were expected at reasonable price. Excellent !

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.
Effective from 1st January 2025, the Melaka State Government imposed a mandatory MYR 4.00 Heritage Tax Fee per occupied room per night for all hotel accommodation. This fee may change without prior notice. This fee will be collected by hotel upon guest arrival.

Deposit 0 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash and debit card.

The hotel tried to slaughtered me by asking RM380 pernight when I tried to do direct check-inn. Finally I got it at 200 + through app or Mytrip. Despite that the hotel room not even worth RM150.

This is my 3rd time stay and this time is my worst experience. Already stated clearly need silent room they give super noisy room- in front lift, opposite roadside and night time can heard people singing until 11pm +! Kindly ask your cleaner clean floor table - a lot of treasurer's (never clean for every time I stay)

Am staying for 1 night and booked room without breakfast. Can early check in before 3pm. Customer service very effisien. Available bell boy. Got highest floor room as requested. Breakfast served in ala carte and its rm28 for adult. Deluxe room for 3, 1 queen bed 1 single bed. Cold air conditioner. Kettle, tea coffee and maggi cup (complimentary) iron and board beside hall way. No fridge. Narrow toilet. Low water pressure. Narrow room. Lost astro channel. Prayer mats are not provided, go to surau if you want to perform your prayer for your comfort. Wise location. Mcd just walk distance. Pak man asam pedas just 6 to 7 minutes from hotel by car. My favorite keria gula melaka at bt berendam not far from hotel. Came here for food hunting only.

Kedudukan hotel starategik, banyak kedai makan berdekatan & kedai runcit seperti speed mart juga ada, layanan staff hotel juga sangat baik dan banyak membantu. Hotel juga terdapat kolam mandi yang sangat sesuai untuk anak saya berumur 2 tahun, kolam renang juga selamat kerana ada pemisah antara kolam dewasa. MITC hotel really recommended!
