This hotel was okay, but there was no elevator, so if you bring a lot of things, then good luck to climb the stairs. The staff was friendly, the room was okay, the bathroom was big enough and clean enough. This hotel was located nearby to batu caves temple and there was a hidden gem dining around here, it’s called GUA LEPAK, it’s a cafe inside a cave, it’s awesome and as an Indonesian, the food was really suitable for Indonesian 😉

When we feedback you guys revert back to the hotel and they seem to be rude and angry when we stay there again. Feedback is for improvement and not to show attitude.

What is the compensation that is given to me as every time review is requested with bad service. The hotel is useless as no soap ir shampoo gel was provided. Have to call few times and no response. Rather go to the nearest 7 eleven to get it.

Hotel ini memuaskan tetapi tidak dilengkapi dengan air panas untuk membuat air, kerana jika family yang membawa baby dan baby nak kan susu pada tengah malam atau tengah pagi, akan menyusahkan kita untuk keluar jauh membeli air panas, diharapkan pada masa masa akan datang dapat memperbaiki apa yang kurang.

Toilet are very smelly and bed sheet very dirty..and still can see dust on the floor!! Staff still need improvement on how to treat the guest..don't have parking when we ask the receptionist where to park the car he ask to park in front hotel and when we park and the lady the beside shop come and shout that we cant park the car there because its her in front her shop..lastly we pay and park our car at behind hotel..otherwise room are nice and have tv to watch with good aircond condition.

Affordable. Friendly. Safe. sesuai dengan harga yang dibayar, bilik yang baik not to good but enough for traveler like me. But for me, bilik air terlalu kecil. Friendly staff boleh sbang lagi. Safe for me but quite noisy at first. tapi dapat lah lelapkan mata.

Its very annoying because inside the room I found a lot cockroaches. The light inside the bathroom n the water heater not working properly. There is no housekeeping everyday to take out our rubbish. No cleanliness in bed sheets , blanket and also pillow case.
