Good place to stay for late/early flight. But the shuttle bus schedule isn't good enough for early night flight. And it's not cheap for taking grab. (70-80 RM to Kuala Lumpur, 30 RM to hotel).

Great location, very close to the airport. Room is clean and stuffs are very friendly, but the air conditioning is a bit noisy.

Room is spacious with huge flat TV screen and free movies, but a little bit stale smell; very good location with free shuttle bus; takeaway breakfast is a bit dissapointing

We booked one night and checked in late around 8pm. The check in was smooth and went straight to the hotel restaurant. They offered buffet and a la carte which is basically items from the buffet - mix of basic western and some local cuisine. Upon checking into the room, the rooms were dated and tv didn’t work. We call reception, waited 30mins and called again. After two calls no one came to our room at all. We checked out the next morning and took the complimentary hotel shuttle to the airport (around 10mins) which was pretty handy. Disappointed they advertised as 5 star hotel, I’d give it 3 at best. Just being honest.

Lovely hotel for a night or two prior to flying home. Staff were great and the breakfast has almost all you could want. It is a dry hotel ( no alcohol) but has a family pool that all can use, a smoking area if thats your thing and free shuttle busses to the airport and the shopping outlets. Would stay again.

Comfortable

We had one night stay during our transition. journey. To be honest, it's a bit of a strange soulless hotel -it looks looks very futuristic but because the windows don't open it has a strange musty smell. Having spent a good couple of weeks in five star hotels this does not compare anything like them-so various things like swimming pool is beautiful and you pretty much have it to yourself (plus there is also a huge female only pool) but you can't get anything beyond the towel as there is not even water to drink available. None of the showers or the toilets work in the pool area, as ALL of them have signs say they`re under maintenance and can't be used. Even includes the shower to enter the pool. So you have to find a lift that actually works and go to your room to use a toilet!, which requires lots of walking around as it's a very long hotel.Nice gym - split into male amd female. Nice breakfast with fair amount of choice. The staff that serve you are really good but the ones that cook are somewhat surly The shuttle to and from the hotel only runs every 2 hours so a bit pointless.
