I'm not complaining about Siti (receptionist), but I've noticed that she doesn't use basic courtesies like saying “good morning” or “thank you.” I did have a face-to-face conversation with her about this, and while she didn't apologize, she did say “thank you” at the end. However, I still believe that, as someone in the hospitality industry, it's important for her to consistently incorporate these simple gestures when interacting with guests. I hope she learns from this and strives to show her best courtesy to every guest who comes to Mtree Hotel.

Hotel is situated nearby many eateries. Heart of puchong. Rooms was very clean and tidy. Well maintained. Spacious. Bathroom was well maintained too. Breakfast was nice but very limited choice. Frontdesk was polite and friendly. Overall recommended👍

1. Breakfast not many choices and the taste so bad. Mushroom soup the taste like stale, The rice I don't know why the taste like the cheap rice. The table unlimited 😣 ☹️ 2. Reception very friendly 😍 3. The room toilet is too big and nice 😍😍 But the water very slow 😣☹️ Swimming pool, ok nice view. Check out service and check in I give 5 stars ❤️
