If you plan to have most of your activities at Chenang area, this hotel is recommended. It is just opposite the beach and beside it is the Chenang Mall. Very convenient and parking is available for free at the front of the hotel or at the back area. Level 4 bar and lounge is perfect for enjoying sunset.

We really enjoy staying here, this hotel is really close to the beach, it's just around 20 steps only. There are many shops around the hotel, we would like to stay here next time 😊. All of the staff are really friendly and help us while we stay here for 3 nights 😊. Thank you so much guys 🥰.

這次入住101號房。飯店位置很好，就在珍南海灘的附近，走過馬路就是海灘。但是隔音不太好，我們的房間是邊間，有一側應該是用木板隔的，每天都會有鴿子拍翅的聲音以及咕咕的叫聲，非常清晰，第一次聽見還嚇了一大跳。建議不要入住這一間101號房。飯店早餐選擇性很少，而且飯廳沒有冷氣，夏天吃早餐的時候，會覺得有點悶熱，而且因為空氣不夠流通，總是會有食物五味雜陳的奇怪味道。但以位置來說，我覺得是非常棒的。

房間內沒有風筒，需要致電前台要求。
房間內沒有牙刷或牙膏，需要住客自備。
自助早餐內容比較簡單，不要有期望。
設計用IC卡開門，但靈感度甚低。
每間房間只會配上一張房卡，如果同行多人，請預先安排回房間時間。
試過進不了自己房間，要拿房卡到前台處理，而且同時有其他住戶有同樣問題！
整體感覺是間比較舊的酒店，性價比不高。網上的照卡跟現實差很遠，不要帶著任何期望入住。

The hotel is need to arrive by taxi, if you want to walk from Cenang Beach, you need to walk around 40 mins, or paid RM20 taxi fare.
The rooms is old and should need to decoration.
We booked 2 single bedrooms, however, the hotel provide us a king bed room. We want to change, they said they can only provide 2 rooms in very far away. Then, they sudden provide us another smaller rooms , when we went into the room, we found the room water leakage from ceiling.

- They are able to help send me to some location (if near hotel)
- Have travel agency in the hotel - they are able to provide price quotation for eg. scuba dive, parasailing and price is cheaper than the street and more safety
- Able to plan your itinerary together and give you suggestions
- Many nice food and massage place around - Very convenient

Overall are pretty good, all the staff are so helpful and polite.
i wish there would be hair dryer provided in the room at next visit. Cause i face a problem that is housekeeping room are locked and the staff was went home after shift, at least a spare key will be place at the reception or you want to leave the guest with wet long hair?
A little advice, a "MASTER KEY" for the hotel should be provided in the control room or security room to prevent any unexpected incident.

We stayed in Langkawi for a few nights and stayed at this hotel. Great location centrally located around all the shopping and beach. Easy to get a Grab to attractions and airport. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to anyone planning to stay in Langkawi
