Bigger bed room with big bathroom installed with powerful shower rain in complete toiletries. Room is clean and quiet. Free karaoke and guitar are added credits to your hotel restaurant. Indonesia free breakfast is good but no American style.

Perfect location to Kota Samarahan education hub, Sama Jaya industrial Park, Medical Specialist Centers and other part of KUCHING. Many restaurants, supermarkets, banks around. Very affordable and worthwhile. We appreciate your free breakfast on cheap room rate of below Rm 79.00 unique in town but reduce the portion to avoid wastage. Please provide more cheap cars for rent as we are frequent users for business. Expedite your check ins time especially on peak hours. Let's meet again next week !

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.



Document Policy
Upon check-in, you are required to bring ID Card, You may contact the property in advance at +60 16-829 7268. The required documents can be in the form of soft copy.

Deposit Policy
Deposit MYR 100.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash and debit card.

Minimum Age for Check-in Policy
Minimum age to check-in is 18. Minor guests must be accompanied by adults upon check-in.

Service check in & check out sangat lambat. Tandas yang berkongsi tidak menyediakan sabun, malah pintu tidak dapat dikunci. Bilik bau rokok. Harga semalam RM 78 + "rm15 sebab guna aplikasi katanya." recommend another budget hotel.

When I do booking on app...I don’t know why the h** I need to pay "utilities fee" of rm20 per night!!! Just a waste of money! This is the second time!!!

This is the first time I tried the new hotel known as Natol Travelers & Business Inn in Kuching when I see the hotel offers a basket of freebies like : low room rate with breakfast, whole day karaoke, guitar play and free gifts. I found the location is so convenient to the education hub of Kota Samarahan, Samajaya industrial Park, KPJ Medical Specialist Center, Tabuan Jaya Township etc. I like the karaoke stage concept which offers guests to sing any time of the day. But suggest you shall get a professional singer to sing when the nights fall. Sell the most expensive fish of Empurau for the convenience of foreigners to have a chance to taste it. Room wise, I found it's cosy and value for money. The provided safety box and satellite TV, powerful rain shower are added advantage for me to feel secure. I like the sofa and the conference room provided but suggest you will give free A4 papers at least one rim for writing each time. Same goes to your car rental offers, please give us well below market price for a frequent user. Your virtual office services is helpful to our business activities or movements and costs savings but shall be glad if more staff is to added in your office. Will come back again and introduce to my friends as well. See you then. Thank you !
