The location is good, connected to the sunway mega mall. The room rates are good value for money. Room is clean and comfortable. Especially thanks Mr Bappy for awesome hospitality. I will definitely come back again.

Hotel ini strategik memang good, tetapi fasilitas bilik sangat mengecewakan, rasanya kalau pelancong yang datang dari luar negara pasti akan kecewa, dengan system check in yang sangat rumit, cukup lah sekali menginap di hotel ini.

Kebersihan di bilik selesa, tetapi terdapat some safety issue dalam bilik, terdapat cermin almari pecah tidak dibuang dan hanya diletakkan di bahagian luar bilik. Kami meminta reception menghantar tikar sembahyang pada pukul 4.30 tetapi reception mengatakan tikar sembahyang akan dihantar pada pukul 7 sahaja.
