As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.
Document Policy
Upon check-in, you are required to bring ID Card. Please bring the required documents in hard copy.
Deposit Policy
Deposit MYR 150.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash, debit or credit card.
Minimum Age for Check-in Policy
Minimum age to check-in is 18. Minor guests must be accompanied by adults upon check-in.

Accommodation charges MYR 29.00/guest for extra breakfast.
Breakfast at the accommodation will be provided from 07:00 - 10:00.
Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.

You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card or cash to cover deposits and incidentals. Special request may depend on hotel's availability at check-in and may cost extra fee. Special request availability is not guaranteed.
Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserved room's maximum capacity.

Staf hotel dia terbaik. Malam-malam pun layan elok elok je. Lepas tu bilik dia terbaik. Besar sangat plus selesa. Will repeat again. Cuma yang patut upgrade dari servis breakfast. Pukul 8 breakfast dah tak ada sangat. Kesian dekat pakcik makcik datang tengok tray, tak ada makanan.

Puas hati bilik besar. Ada ruang makan, tea, peti ais. Ada meja untuk ruang bekerja. Toiletries lengkap. Iron disediakan di luar bilik hujung. Aircond sejuk. Water heater ok. Katil selesa. Cuma tv channel tiada pilihan, tiada tv1 dan tv3. Semasa check in kena bayar deposit rm100. Breakfast tiada bufet, pilihan sama ada nasi lemak atau english breakfast. Parking free basement. Enjoy staying here.

Bilik air bertakung, aircond berbau. Almari kaca tak boleh tutup, siaran tv tidak banyak dan tidak clear. yang bagus cuma bilik luas sahaja.

Tenpat agak dalan jaoh dari bandar.. fcilities sangat cantik.. bilik luas sangat sgt..booking blik fmily engtkn dapat katil kri knan upenye dapat mcm umh dalam tu ad blik ad dpo lagi tv ad tiap blik econd pun tiap blik n dapo.. tapi lantai sangat kotor.. slipper memng disediakn xsesuai untuk bwk ank ank kcik sebab dyorg bgelimpangan main ats lantai tu.. sofar makan mnum oke la.kalau ad swimmingpool or playground lagi bgus.. ak engtkan ad mcm dalam gmbr iklan upenye dah dituutup dh takda. tQ nexus hotel..
