Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Upon check-in, you are required to bring ID Card, Marriage Certificate. Please bring the required documents in hard copy.
Deposit Policy
Deposit MYR 50.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash and debit card.

During check in, RM50 deposit per room or its equivalent (if other currency) will be collected at counter, this to be capped at RM200. The deposit will be refunded upon check out (if no damage).
A RM10 of Tourism Tax (per room/night) must be payable to Custom Malaysia (Applicable to Oversea Guest only) separately.
Our standard check in time is 2.00pm and standard check out time is 12pm. In case of late check in, please contact the hotel +604-2260001 or leave a message here; otherwise we will release the room after 4pm.

这里还不错，房间马马虎虎，空调扇用纸巾撑着。里面有个很大的风扇，怕它塌了，不过旅舍的外观设计有点像老房子，大部分材料都是木头的。

The hotel is very well located in the centre of Georgetown, and the price is affordable. The staff was unavailable most of the times. We even needed to buy towels outside since no staff available. The air con was not cool enough. We asked for another room, and the staff couldn't help.

Pas masuk seprei ada seperti bercak darah lumayan banyak, saya minta diganti. Saya mabok bau cat dkt pintu kamar, saya minta diangkat, tp tidak disingkirkan semua. Kamar sampai pg bau cat yang tajam. Depan pintu kamar ada kasur jelek banget, merusak mata banget. Ihh. Engk mau lagi kesitu

Pelayan sangat ramah, nyaman tinggal di sini, untuk ruang kamar sederhana dan versi rumah tua gitu karena masih banyak dinding yang menggunakan papan. AC kurang dingin, ditambah kipas angin, nanti yang tidak bisa tidur dengan AC jadi perlu di perhatikan ya hahahah.

It's awesome if come in group, because its not romantic at all unless that couple/personal love horror movie. Another strategic place because its in Georgetown. The hanger to place the shower had broken in room 116 that I stay if I am not mistaken. Have water dispenser but not in the room. Just have one iron because the others had been snatch.

Sejauh saya menginap disana aman-aman saja, memang bangunan tua, sesuai namanya. untuk fasilitas lengkap, ada AC, kipas angin, toiletress, handuk, selimut. Tapi ada deposito sebesar 50 rm (kemarin karena uang rama menipis, saya nego dengan rupiah sebesar 200 ribu), (Diperbolehkan hehe) dan pajak 10Rm sebagai tambahannya. Tapi worth it sesuai harga. lokasi dekat dengan komtar, Jadi enak kemana-mana ada bus cat gratisan dan gama supermarket yang murah-murah buat beli oleh-oleh, ada top komtar juga kalau mau lihat penang dari ketinggian, Tempat makan murah juga dekat. Cobain berbagai macam sarapan dengan roti india.

Tapi worth it sesuai harga. lokasi dekat dengan komtar, Jadi enak kemana-mana ada bus cat gratisan dan gama supermarket yang murah-murah buat beli oleh-oleh, ada top komtar juga kalau mau lihat penang dari ketinggian, Tempat makan murah juga dekat. Cobain berbagai macam sarapan dengan roti india.
