First, the security of the hotel room is very bad, you can't lock the door from the inside, the lock from the inside seems to be damaged and broken, second, the wardrobe for storing clothes is very damaged and can't be used anymore but the hotel won't replace it, third, the mattress has holes and the mattress cover has lots of holes, I hope the hotel can fix it.
