Everything was good and friendly staff helping me with the booking as it is full house. Big spacious room and love it

TV remote not working, refrigerator not working, no fresh pool towels for 2 days, rooms in need of refurbishing and repairs.

Furniture very old, TV movie not function and deluxe king just 2 pillow.

Location ok cume bilik panas. Ekon lambat sejuk.tak duduk lame dalam bilik sebb attend wedding. Breakfast simple tapi ok. Overall ok. Sesuai dengan bajet.

There is a Catholic church (Holy Family, Kajang) that has daily morning mass so its easy for me to attend mass before work. Also there are many food outlets so eating is not an issue (if you don't want to eat at the hotel). The hotel also has a swimming pool.

Bilik luas n selesa tetapi kemudahan TV kurang memuaskan kerana ketiadaan siaran n signal TV.

It's really an old hotel that needs total renovations. The restaurant did not deserve a hotels standard. We arrived at night, really hungry. The receptionist suggested us to try their fried kwee tiaw, which he said was the best seafood kwee tiaw. The reality was the restaurant let us wait almost 30 minutes, after we complained the waiting time, we were served with kweetiaw with a piece of chicken and an egg. That's all and the taste was terrible.

Firstly, the room interior and swimming facility is awesome. However as hotelier they need to improve their relation service towards staying guests. Be more helpful and friendly with a smile is most important. For housekeeping department any request from guest on room service need to expedite asap. As for technicians also the same. My experience on first night is Aircon not cold. Request for maintenance assistant takes time slow and steady to rectify the problem and hold back our resting time. Request coffee sachet and sugar from housekeeping also take a while to deliver. From our opinion is the hotel can make its name but has to firmly upgrade their service standard. This is useful for first timer guests like us who chose to stay at their comfort hotel room. Thank you

The air conditioning not really cool.

The channel reception for TV not working well. The remote not fully function. I try to watch movie via my USB but no avail because the remote not working for the TV.

Clean, comfort, tidy and convenience, all good so far.

Enjoyed the spacious room but the foods was not variety and very bas quality food for breakfast.
