staff unfriendly, unwilling to give wifi password. No mineral water being provided. The location is not strategic, very far from supermarket, restaurant. The room is big. But I won't come back to stay at this place again

I really love this place. Although it is still underconstruction but I love it. The place is so nice with amazing atmosphere. But sometimes the signal is sick and also there is no hairdryer and tv signal is s**k. But overall is good.

The rate is expensive if I compare the room facilities. TV cannot be on. No phone line. We cannot complaint the facilities immediately because no admin office. I only can inform at the security guard.

Dari KLIA langsung menuju Genting ke terminal Awana, dari terminal pesan taxi ke apartemen ini seharga RM 27, supir ternyata tidak tahu karena lokasi yang cukup jauh dari jalan utama dan nama apartemennya sebenarnya Midhills bukan OwnAstay. Kamar bagus karena apartemen baru tapi tidak ada WiFi. TV cuma 4 channel dan sinyal jelek, buat yang bawa anak-anak tidak adanya WiFi bikin mereka BT banget. Kalau ingin view bagus dan tenang tempat ini pas sekali.

No amenities such as shampoo and body wash, furthermore the TV channels are not working at all. This is the worst stay I ever experienced. In additional, the host is not follow up with the guest during arrivals, getting me to wait for longer hour at lobby.
