Sangat recommend untuk yang ingin berkunjung ke Malaysia karena dengan harga yang terjangkau di tambah promo promo menarik membuat saya betah di KL semoga bisa kesini lagi suatu saat, bagi orang indonesia ini Bisa jadi pilihan jangan khawatir receptionist nya juga mengerti bahasa malayu kok. Cuma satu yg kurang kebetulan televisinya tidak bisa menyala karena kabel antena nya putus semoga diperbaiki dan memberi kenyamanan bagi pengunjung pengunjung lain nya.

Kemarin kami check in jam 05.10 AM dan ada penjaga (resepsionis) ditempat. Check in cukup cepat. Membayar tax (informasi terlampir di aplikasi saat ingin melakukan pemesanan) dan deposit sebesar RM20 yang akan dikembalikan saat check out. Kami mendapatkan air mineral (1 botol/orang) hanya 1x. Kamar hotel terletak di Lt 3 dan Lt 4 dan di lantai dasar terdapat rumah makan. Hotel ini memiliki lift (namun lift nya sudah tua atau sedikit horor). Kamar yang kami tepati cukup luas dan ada space untuk sholat. Terdapat 1 queen bed dan 1 single bed beserta handuk dan kamar mandi pribadi. AC di kamar tersebut berfungsi dengan baik, TV berfungsi dengan baik serta mesin air hangat di kamar mandi juga berfungsi dengan baik. Terdapat lemari untuk menyimpan berukuran sedang untuk menyimpan barang. Kemarin kami sempat meminjam pemanas air untuk membuat air panas ke resepsionis dan terdapat setrika di lobby Lt 3. Oiya, WiFi hotel berfungsi dengan baik. Semuaya okee. Hanya saja untuk suasana atau lingkungan nya cukup sepi jika sudah malam. Sedangkan untuk lokasi, jika ingin dibilang strategis, cukup strategis kok.

It was a hotel nightmare for 9 of us. Although our city tax was waived because the 4 rooms we originally booked were not available, the replacement rooms had hairs and were evidently with unchanged beddings. The TV in my room did not work and water was not available when we need to use it. On our last night, water was gone in one of our rooms and our companion had to go down and ask the frontdesk why it was so since there is no intercom in the rooms. On our last morning, water was also gone when I was already inside the bathroom at 10am. I had to take a bath in my companion’s room instead. The manager also shouted at me upon check-out because she was angry that I told the owner/boss the bad conditions of the rooms when I was asked by him. I did not know he was the boss when he asked me and I just honestly gave him my answer. It was only when the manager angrily told me why I told her boss the conditions of the room when she gave us 4 rooms instead of 3 and waived the tax that I realized I was talking to the boss earlier. I did not understand why she was so angry to the point of telling me not to book with them anymore. I just told the truth when I was asked. The experience with Everest Hotel was really the worst among the many hotels I stayed in.

Hotel bersih, ac dingin, water heater berfungsi meski gak bisa terlalu panas, lokasi hotel dekat banget sama stasiun lrt masjid jamek jalan kaki 5 menit nyampe, di seberang hotel tiap pagi selalu ada jualan nasi lemak, teh tarik, kue kuean dengan jumlah pedagang yg banyak dan harga murah jadi kalo nyari sarapan gak perlu repot. Ada deposit MYR 20 pas check in dan dikembalikan pas check out. Cuma kekurangannya tidak ada kettle air panas buat bikin teh atau kopi dan receptionist kadang tidak ada stand by jadi harus nunggu dulu beberapa menit di depan. Overall cukup memuaskan menginap murah meriah gak sampe 150 ribu untuk menghemat budget liburan ke KL.

Saya kira hanya satu bed ternyata di luar ekspektasi malah dapat 2 bed besar bisa buat bertiga. Satu minggu kemarin cuma bayar 750.000, lokasi dekat mana-mana. Siang tinggal ke bawah sudah banyak food truck, menyenangkan sekali. Next bakalan keni lagi kalau lagi ke Malaysia. Overall recommended dengan harga segitu.
