Staff hotel shift malam sangat tidak ramah dan tak bisa menghargai tamu, meskipun kita cari hotel budget harga murah lewat online, melayani tamu tak mengharap macam hotel bintang 5, sederhana sudah cukup satu kali ini saja menginap di hotel ini.

Sudah ada voucher tapi dia cakap voucher tak ada dalam sistem. Receptionis layan tak baik, towel juga kena bayar 1 towel RM 5. Bagaimana menginap di hotel tak dapat towel. Bad service lah.
