room access card always problem, I booked for family room when I want to check in it already full. I get the family room on day 2. room number 501 their aircond so terrible, in 12 pm when I prayer my body can sweat. the all staff very kind and helpfull but it can not denied fasility problem. the owner should improve and I can give 5 star because the price is steal.

harga murah,sarapannya enk dan byk pilihan spt hotel bintang 5 saja...tapi sgt disayangkan lift hingga kamar bau rokok😭rupanya resepsionis tidak menanyakan mau ruangan smoke or no.tdk disarankan utk yg alergi bau rokok..tempat kurang startegis.susah cari taxi online...

My cousin left her charger. She did call the receptionist about it unfortunatelly the charger was taken. In this case if guest forgot their belonging the management should take action.
