Clean, well-managed hotel. Everything is just perfect. But I would love if more basic facilities are provided such ad floor mate outside toilet. But please continue this hotel management. So nice

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

工作人员非常友好，让事情变得简单。只要我们预订的房间可用，您就可以比入住时间提前到达。房间很干净，我们可以轻松祈祷（可以用硬币支付朝拜费用），只是无线网络有点难用，我试过很多次，但都无法使用。下次我可以再来这里试试。很容易找到吃饭的地方，而且购物中心就在隔壁……

Bilik besar which is very nice. Tapi kelengkapan tak cukup. At least patut sedia berus gigi percuma ke. Air minuman patut sedia yang botol, bukan bekas plastik. Drying stay pun the whole 3 nights langsung tak boleh tengok TV. Minta discount pun tak bagi.

Tiada lift, tidak sesuai untuk yang mempunyai anak kecil dan brg yang banyak. Lokasi agak terasing dari kawasan bandar. Serius, jangan pilih hotel ini jika anda berkeluarga.

Hotel ini terletak dikawasan strategi yang baik, tetapi mutu perkhidmatan sangat mengecewakan, TV tiada siaran, kepala paip disingki tidak berfungsi, harap mereka dapat meningkatkan lagi mutu perkhidmatan di masa akan datang.

One of the best stay in Tawau. Since I go to Tawau a lot for work I've been to most Hotel there near the town center. But this one is a little bit on the side but quite comfy if you compare it with the price. If you take a late bus from KK to Tawau, staying here is your best bet since this place is so close to the last stop.

Stay here for a night. Overall satisfied, room is clean and staffs are friendly. Not recommended for guest with kids or baby because no lift provided. Need to use stair with all the bags and baby.😣
