1.We will be collecting deposit of RM 300, deposit will be refunded by bank transfer in 3 working days after check out. 2.Please send us an IC copy front and back for recording purposes, you may cross “for KL Home Sweet Home” only on your IC copy. 3.Check in time is from 3pm to 11pm. Any late arrival after 11pm please inform us in advance for arrangement. 4.Check out time is 12pm. Late check out is subject to availability and arrangement with a charge of RM 30 per hour. 5.Please switch off the unused electrical items to be environmental friendly. 6.No party allowed. Remain quiet from 10pm to 8am as it is a residence building. Any complaint received will have a penalty charge RM 300. 7.Please take care of our key and card set, RM 300 will be charged if the key set is lost. 8.Smoking is strictly prohibited in our room, RM 300 will be charged if found. 9.No pets allowed. 10. Please keep the room clean when check out. Garbage can be disposed to the garbage room in corridor. If room been found too dirty an extra cleaning fee might be charged.
