Putatan Platinum Hotel住宿政策及一般資訊
As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.
入住/退房時間
Accommodation charges MYR 15.00/guest for extra breakfast.
Breakfast at the accommodation will be provided from 07:00 - 10:00.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
1. Hotel reserves right to collect deposit upon arrival from guest. Guest are advised to contact hotel directly for amount of deposit.
2. Extra bed is strictly on request basis & subject to availability upon arrival. Guest will pay the extra bed charges to front desk directly upon check-in.
Our Hotel will only accept fully vaccinated guest(s) with 2 doses completed. Digital vaccination certificate will be asked upon check in.
Those from West Malaysia or Sarawak and entering Sabah, will need to provide us their Covid-19 swab test (it must be negative)
All guests must show their Risk Status from MySejahtera Apps : It must be Low Risk.
