整个过程都非常顺利。从预订前到最后一天退房，我都尽心尽力。预订房间前我联系了酒店，因为我想确认房间大小和能看到的景观。工作人员非常热情周到，乐于助人。预订后，我甚至通过WhatsApp再次联系他们，询问酒店附近是否有摩托车租赁服务，他们也同样回复得很好。可惜的是，附近没有摩托车租赁服务，我只能去加央（Kangar）取车。只需9令吉。当我询问附近有什么好玩的，以及去兰卡威的渡轮时刻表时，他们非常乐于助人，因为瓜拉玻璃市码头（Kuala Perlis）距离酒店只有3分钟步行路程。我可以说，我遇到的所有员工都非常专业。早餐也很棒，而且很美味。餐厅内外都很宽敞，景色优美。房间很大，非常干净。枕头和毯子很舒服。房间里有各种需要的东西，熨斗和熨衣板。有吹风机，有小冰箱，卫生间也很干净，提供毛巾。步行5分钟即可到达瓜拉玻璃市巴士站。

Pressure water pressure (for shower) in the bathroom is very very low. It 's almost impossible to have a proper shower. I end up using their bidet to bath. And the towel is very old, smell and even looks dirty. Other than that I have no complaint.
