Rainbow Paradise Premium Resorts @Tanjung Bungah住宿政策及一般資訊

重要提示

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.



Document Policy
Upon check-in, you are required to bring ID Card. The required documents can be in the form of soft copy.

Deposit Policy
Deposit MYR 100.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash, debit or credit card.

Minimum Age for Check-in Policy
Minimum age to check-in is 21. Minor guests must be accompanied by adults upon check-in.

Message from Rainbow Paradise Beach Resort:

Effective from June 1, 2014, the City Council of Penang will impose a Local Council Tax of MYR 3 per room per night for 4 and 5-star hotels, and MYR 2 per room per night for 0 to 3-star hotels. The star rating will be in accordance to the rating from Local Council and should the rating differ from the website, the local council rating will apply. This fee is payable directly to the hotel upon check-in and is not included in the room rate and taxes stated herein.

With effect from 01 September 2017, with reference to the Law of Malaysia Act 791, Tourism Act 2017, hotel guests who are non-Malaysian or non-Permanent Resident of Malaysia, are committed to a Tourism Tax of MYR 10.00 nett per room night of stay as determined and imposed by the Malaysian Government, which is not included in the reservation and will be collected by the hotel upon check in. This is to be applied in-addition to existing fees/taxes levied and the existing local tourism fee in Penang.

Have stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and found the room utilities provided are far below the standard when compared with those similar resort hotels. The existing room furniture are very old and the air conditioning is too bad to make the whole room cooling especially during the daytime. Available sockets for electricity supply are rare to find inside the room, not to mention there is any USB outlets. As a resort hotel, the basic bathroom utilities are very poor, like the bath gel and shampoo supplied are in a small size plastic tube which is apparently not enough for use by two adults. As the room price also included the breakfast, the food variety is limited and the quality is far from satisfactory. The only credit is the room balcony commands a nice sea view on the higher floor. Overall, given for the similar price, it is much better to seek for other resort hotels for vacation.

Spacious room with wonderful seaview on our 23rd floor. I love the seaview from our balcony and It is so relax and comfortable, Swimming pool and beach side are both amazing. Location is perfect, quiet and can sleep well during our stay, only within 10 minutes drive to Gurney Plaza shopping area. The facility is quite old and Limited choice for breakfast. Overall, the stay experience is good and reasonable based on the price.

其实在住进这间酒店前，我都有看过评语，都说得很好。。。但是。。住了进去之后发觉没有想象中值得，反而觉得隔壁的Flamingo还要好很多。。。或许赢在房间比较大（也一半看海景）这两样吧。。在早餐方面。。。非常非常非常失望和差。。因为整体让我感觉很肮脏。。而且食物也乱七八糟。。在酒店时常都会看到有日语的字体。。想必应该也会有很多日本人来吧。。住在这里4天三夜。。吃了第一天的早餐之后就没再去吃了。。很多印度人和马来人。。外国人只有一两个。。。希望酒店可以在清洁方面下点功夫吧。。。房间地下也没打扫。。头发好多。。

My family stayed the resort two night, the staff is attentive and friendly, room is clean and big.Can go to the beach in two minutes, my son likes to play jet ski.it cost 80 ring get for 20 minutes. The pool is nice too. I will stay in rainbow paradise if I go to Penang again.
