The room is very spacious, and the staff is very responsive to our request.
The swimming pool is kids friendly. Taste of food in the restaurant is good.

Stayed for 2 nights here and it was a wonderful experience. They had a free shuttle bus to Legoland and sunway big box which was very useful for our recreational trip. The Wi-Fi there was great and they provided a hairdryer and warm water too.

The area is quiet but the hotel is new and clean. We are satisfied with the lobby (legos for children, fast check in process), the room (spacious and nice view), the pool and especially the breakfast (many choices). They have shuttle bus service to and back Legoland/Puteri Harbour at appointed time. Will recommend Ramada to friends for sure. Great staying experience.

My family is quite satisfied with the stay at this hotel, to us cleanness is good and food as well. The minimart right next to the property is really a plus point, however the main reason we choose this hotel is very near to LEGOLAND with free shuttle bus provided. We will give 8 or maybe 9 out of 10 to our 3D2N stay here!

Nice and big unit to stay in. More like a apartment. 10 to 15 min to Legoland though. Free breakfast and the food are decent. Very cheap hotel rate compare to Legoland. The road pathway are not well maintain many of the deep drainage hole are not cover hence is very dangerous to walk in the night.

Lokasi agak di pinggir Johor. Lokasinya sepi jauh dari mana2. Kamar nya besar enak. Harus pake grab kemana2. Deket sih ke Legoland dan medini mall.

Hari pertama saya dapat di kamar yang west, itu gedung sebelah menuju lift harus keluar lobi yang menurut saya serem banget karena sepi banget. Hari ke-2 setelah saya sadar bolak-balik turun kok jarang ada yang menginap di gedung west, saya minta pihak hotel untuk pindah ke gedung east. Baru namanya hotel, kamar oke lah terawat, full juga rame jadi kan ga iseng kalau mau beli grab food turun naik lobi ga masalah. Jadi saran saya kalau menginap di sini minta di kamar gedung east, di kamar ada sofa. Oya, di luar kamar lorong-lorong jalan dan lift-nya sama sekali ga terawat, bau dan kotor, lantai tidak pernah dipel berhari-hari, kalau pelayanan sih oke cepat respon cepet juga, ada shutle bis ke Legoland setiap jam 10 pagi dan pulang jam 4.30.

Ruangnya luas dan bersih, petugasnya juga baik. Tiap minta air minum langsung diantar, cuma kolam renang agak dingin buat anak-anak. Jalan kaki udah bisa ke Legoland, cuma jalannya agak emang gak keurus yang ke Legoland.
