The place was incredibly cozy. The owners are amazing - give you a map that shows all the local places when you check in. They even lent me a bamboo mat for the beach!
The place is also spotless - they take great care of it. Air conditioning and TV both worked very well.
A 5 minute slow walk from the beach, and there is a supermarket literally 5 meters from the front door.
It's not a 5 star hotel, but if you want to spend most of your time exploring the beach and having fun and not in your room, I would highly recommend this place!

This place is a fantastic value. Spacious and very clean rooms located right across from major hotels. Walking distance to restaurants and beach. Has an on-site Turkish restaurant with good food. Nearby excellent laundromat. Can be noisy sometimes due to echo-y hallways and inconsiderate guests. Major downside is location is far from Georgetown and urban Penang sights and you can’t really swim at the beach. Would also be much improved if they put an electric kettle in each room — the communal water dispenser was hard to work for hot water. Overall, though, we really appreciated this hotel and would stay here again!

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

A tourist tax of MYR 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Upon check-in, hotel Front Desk will collect from guests MYR 2.00 Local Government Fee per room per night(imposed by Penang Government starting from 1st June 2014). This fee is not included in room rates. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. All special request such as early check-in, late check-out etc, smoking room, non-smoking room, etc are strongly subject to availability. You are advised to liaise with owner directly at least 24 hours before arrival for special arrangement. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to availability.

I chose this hotel because I read the review was awesome. Yes, I am very satisfied with this stay. The owner upgrade my room & it was very comfortable for my family. All in room very complete, clean but space little bit crowded but its ok since you get what you pay. The bathroom is big complete with shelves. Cleanliness 200%. Very nice owner & very considerate, keep up a good work! I recommend this motel for short or long stay. Beach nearby just by walking. Easy to parking. I like everything about this motel.

Terbaik layanan receptionist, siap tunjuk dan carikan parking untuk kami. Dan dapat bilik yang cantik dan bersih. Harga murah tapi layanan dan servis memang terbaik, akan menginap lagi disini. Air cunda dan air panas dalam tandas memang baik.
