RC Cape Nautica Villas

Room is exactly as in photo. Staff very cooperative Although without a beach front but the surrounding is clean and well kept. Privacy. Very Minimum kitchen utensil available. Will be nice if there is a jug or teapot. Shower area very small.

Clean & spacious 3 bedroom apartment. Air cond in every room even in the hall & was cold. Fridge, hotplate, microwave, plates, cups, forks & spoons were provided. Pool was great & clean. Not too crowded so was fun swimming with my family. Towels were also provided. Really close to many eateries (mcd, restaurants, ect), shops, petrol station & also have karaoke nearby. The check-in was fast & they even called to ask when we will arrive. Great work keep it up! 👍

3 bedroom apartment with sea view. Pros - Very clean and spacious, good security and car parking facility, clean pool, good value for money, very good air conditioning - all units were well maintained, kitchen basic items included (plates, mug, utensils, microwave oven, induction cooker, kettle, fridge...etc), LED TV, great view from the unit. Cons - water pressure need to be improved (minor issue as bathrooms were fitted with heater unit with built in pump), condition of sofa at living area need refurbishment, only 1 remote control was issued for air conditioning units, no complimentary drinking water, TV size was slightly small compared to the living area.

Everything is ok. room is clean. they also provide microwave & electric cooker. lot of parking space. the only thing is we cannot sleep at night. sound of moving furniture very loud (level 13a) at 10pm onwards. we stayed at floor 13. we called manager but the sound still there..the situation getting bad when our baby crying and he cannot sleep until 6am. everybody is sleepy and this vacation not worth it!

Dalam masa 1 bulan, 2 kali sya menginap d' RC cape, ok, tidak la seteruk mana, keperluan asas cukup, dan dalam keadaan baik.

The environment is so calm, peaceful and fresh.

Bilik yang luas dan selesa, ada set bbq yang boleh disewa, kolam yang luas, cuma dari segi kebersihan perlu ditingkatkan lagi, senantiasa alert dengan kebersihan kolam terutamanya sebab kolam kanak-kanak terdapat najis.

The apartment is clean and spacious. The air cond in all room and the living room and it was functioning well. The check in was fast and the manager took me to the unit and turn on every air cond and the television. The pool was big and even the kids pool is larger than other places.i went there during weekday school holiday and we have the pool for ourselves. Both bathrooms I think newly renovated. I am satisfied with this accommodation.

Creepy..sea view but no sea. Just a lake. Just okay. Apartment was okay. One water heater hot function well. Overall is okay. I gave 5.

Its clean and same as the picture. Their manager & staff are all friendly & helpful during the stay. All facilities are in good condition & can use no worry. Our family satisfied with the stay 🌸

Nice place to stay for bbq and family vacation. The apartment is quite big and comfortable. Just need to clean the outside house from 'sawang'. Location is just 5 mins drive to Teluk Kemang.

Swimming poor water got smiling is bad.
