房源好，服務好。

早餐很美味，房間價格也合理，但是 Wi-Fi 無法使用，而且停車位有時不足，需要我們每天花費 4 馬幣停在酒店外面。

地理位置優越，步行即可到達購物中心，週邊地區有很多種美食，雖然酒店建築比較老舊，但他們還是進行了維護和裝修。

入住和退房手續簡便，工作人員熱情友善。飯店提供美味的當地亞洲早餐。飯店餐廳的菜餚相當美味，價格也合理。搭乘Grab計程車出遊非常方便，反應迅速，價格也還可以。 Maxim餐廳在這裡不太受歡迎，等待時間長，價格偏高。

陣雨，時而熱水，時而冷雨。

員工友善，房間乾淨，提供盥洗用品，而且這家飯店還有一個優點，就是有水療中心。

入住這家飯店的體驗非常滿意！房間乾淨舒適，早餐美味，員工也很友善。飯店地理位置優越，前往主要景點都很方便。總的來說，我對飯店提供的服務非常滿意。 👍

Very good value for money. The room was well appointed for the price with essential amenities such as an iron, hair dryer, and fridge. The bathroom was a decent size. The breakfast spread was decent with minor changes every day. We didn't have room service or dine in the restaurant other than during breakfast, but it's great to have an in-house restaurant for this wallet-friendly price. The hotel staff we encountered were polite, friendly, and helpful.

Best recommended hotel with generous free breakfast. Good functioning toilet and air condition, Single bed needed improvement for body spine health. Very friendly staff from security, front desk, restaurant, housekeeping and SPA. Has removable shower head was very good for better body wash. TV channels abd antenna requires boosting. recommended adding Astro "TVB Jade" Cantonese channel and "Walts Disney" channel which is hot favarite now. Thank you.

I really recommend this hotel to local travellers whom travelled by car because this hotel located in Ipoh city offers free carparks as available on hotel vicinity. Breakfast provided with food varities which is generous. Room cleaniness is good, sitting toilet is very functionable with hotwater is very good, toilet flush pressure is good, removable shower head is really good, Towel hanger in toilet requires to be bigger, cause clumsy hands can drop towel onto floor. TV channels (antenna requires boosting) is not much which requires improvement recommended with adding Astro "TVB Jade" cantonese channel and "Walts Disney" english channel which is popular hits currently. Bed is average condition because those beds is metal frame movable beds with less thick and not firm support where after my various stays the spine is not really feeling good experianced on those beds. SPA offers good foot massage, my wife loves the foot massage but did not try the pool spa. Lift condition is good and clean. room nomber 352, has a wooden drawer thats keep dropping/self opening due to the table is not horizontal, use the plastic chair to block the drawer from opening on its own... for supertitious minded people may thinks that the room is haunted. Other room I had stayed at level 3 (347) and level 2(249) was all good. Air condition is working very well... if you do not know how to set timer, don't set because press wrongly may experiance air condition shut down on its own in the middle of the night, just set the temperature and fan speed. wake up call is good and on time. All the hotel staff is very friendly and also the security "malay pakcik and indian uncle" was very friendly and helpful for car park allocation at peck hours. Overall, with RM100.00-RM150.00 with free breakfast, Regalodge hotel is the best bargain and my favourite place to stay in Ipoh. This hotel operator also owned PI hotel which I stayed for 2 nights in April, 2025. PI hotel is best bargain accomodation now.

Makanannya sangat enak. Lokasi dekat ke mana-mana. Staff sangat ramah dan membantu. Alangkah lebih baik kalau staff belajar lebih banyak tentang wilayah setempat dan akomodasi dan transportasi agar lebih bisa memberi pelayanan terpadu.

First of all, one of the staff who worked at the restaurant on 24/12 was totally rude while taking the order. I just ask about pizza size, and change it from pizza to seafood fried rice, but the reply from the staff was totally unacceptable with the tone and also the attitude on replying my request. Secondly, please unsure you air conditioner was clean thoroughly. But for the food and surrounding was fine.

I have been frequenting Regalodge since 2019, however upon return this year, my stay wasn't pleasant. My bathroom tap was leaking, did not get bathroom towel, 2nd day I had to ask for toilet roll because they forgot to replace Breakfast buffet has deterioated. Food not refilled, juice not refilled, food variety not as many as before but the room price has shot up. Parking is terrible, zero parking and need to park far away from hotel whc made it very hard for my elderly mother.

From the Front desk man to the old world charm. Class all the way. Better male your reservations early. This hotel is as good a value as Itcomes.
