Resorts World Genting - Genting Grand住宿政策及一般資訊
As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.
入住/退房時間
Parking fee is RM2 per hour (weekdays/ maximum RM12 per day) and RM3 per hour (weekends and public holidays/ maximum RM18 per day).
Additional RM200 deposit per room upon check-in is required for all the room types and refundable upon departure.
Tourism Tax of RM 10 per room per night stay will be collected upon check in.
Sustainability Tax English Version Effective 01.03.2022, a Sustainability Charge of RM3 per room/ day will be imposed in accordance with the Hotel (Pahang) Regulation 2021. This charge will be collected upon check-in. BM Version Bermula 01.03.2022, Caj Kelestarian sebanyak RM3/bilik/hari akan dikenakan berdasarkan peruntukan di bawah Peraturan-Peraturan Hotel (Pahang) 2021. Caj ini akan dikutip semasa daftar masuk. Chinese Version 从2022年3月1日开始，我们将根据2021年酒店法令(彭亨州)向顾客征收每房/每日RM3 的永续发展费。此费用将会在登记入住时征收。
Customer is to allow a waiting time for the booking to pump in to our property booking system is about 30 minutes to 1 hour. This is to manage customer expectation and to avoid complaints from the customer that no booking found in our booking system upon check-in at our Front office counter / kiosk counter.
