katil tu sakit badan laa kena lapik comferter yg lagi tebal dan selesa. yg lain ok

Lantai lengket-lengket, tidak ada tisu, teh kopi sendok kecil pun tidak ada, toilet bau, bahkan ada kecoak, ini yang paling buruk omg! Air panas mandi sebentar uda dingin, kalo giliran berdua, orang kedua mandi air sudah dingin. Tidak bisa mnt extra blanket atau extra towel, alasan staff sudah pulang dan uda kunci gudang, padahal baru jam 9 malam, dan kenapa harus dikunci cuma selimut dan towel aja, kamar bau apek, ada bau aneh udah semprot parfum tetap tak hilang-hilang kamar bau tak sedap, sirkulasi udara buruk, not worth it!

1. Shower not working-no action taken.

The floor was sticky. Room was not clean. Heater was not functioning in the washroom. I was expecting a decent service as it is quite close to the KLCC area, but no. I hope the hotel can improve the services for the amount they are charging.

The room had a strong unpleasant smell. I checked out 15 min after checking in.

Spacious clean. With ironing board and iron. Really unexpected for this budget hotel. Everything was good except for the bedsheet and blanket, I get itches from them. Other than that this is a great budget business hotel.

first, staff was rude. there is one guy wearing spectacle and have a smelly odours. he's the one! I don't know if he really knows the attitude of being a hotelier! second the room 211 was horrible! there is pee stain at the toilet bowl when I first entered the room. there is lots of ants inside the room and their linen was totally dirty and dusty! I ask them to change the bedsheet and duvet cover and lastly they change my room to 212. thank God its more better. if you try to sell under maintenance room to me, you're totally wrong,man! I am an ex hotelier! I know shit! don't easily judge that this hotel was good because of their are rated 8/10. different guest different experience.

Price is superbly reasonable for double bed spacious room. Room is clean and rain shower with no water pressure problem. WiFi is 24h. This is awesome value deal. I always recommend people to come here and stay.

I was upgraded to a better unit with anniversary decor

Bilik idaman, cantik dan besar, bilik mandi air slow, susah nak mandi.

The location is strategic, near Ampang point mall, and easy to find restaurant around. The room is so clean and comfy. The hotel also provides a dispenser in every floor and microwave in kitchen (near lobby) so it is easy to refill water and warm up our food. The room price is worthy. But the hotel doesn't provide any toiletries (except soap and towel) so better prepare by ourselves.

We extended our stay here because we love the place but unfortunately the elevator was under maintenance & we have to climb up & down the stairs to our rooms at level 4.

We love this hotel & extend another night....friendly staffs & spacious room & clean. Free parking too.
