Saya menginap selama 3 hari di hotel ini bersama seorang teman dengan mengambil kamar twin. Lokasi hotel sebenarnya sangat strategis — dekat dengan restoran, laundry, pizza shop, dan AEON Mall. Namun sayangnya, pengalaman menginap kami kurang memuaskan. Kettle pemanas air di kamar rusak, dan meskipun sudah disampaikan, tidak ada penggantian atau solusi yang diberikan. Sarapan dikirim ke kamar, tapi penyajiannya tidak layak — saya memesan roti dengan kuah, namun tidak disediakan piring, sehingga terasa tidak wajar. Janji pengantaran sarapan jam 08.00, tetapi baru datang hampir jam 08.30, padahal kami ada kegiatan pagi. Kamar tidak dibersihkan pada hari kedua, meskipun sudah diberitahukan. Kamar mandi juga bermasalah — pintu toilet rusak dan harus saya perbaiki sendiri. Air panas keluar tapi tekanannya sangat lemah, membuat mandi jadi tidak nyaman. Kebisingan dari jalur LRT yang lewat setiap sekitar 5 menit benar-benar mengganggu kenyamanan tidur. Pada hari terakhir, kami tidak mendapat sarapan dan diganti uang 50 ringgit. Secara keseluruhan, hotel ini punya lokasi yang bagus tapi pelayanan dan pemeliharaan fasilitas sangat kurang. Jika pihak hotel dapat memperbaiki aspek-aspek ini, mungkin pengalaman menginap berikutnya bisa lebih menyenangkan.

All nice but first when we checked in there a problem with our booking saying that we didn't pay yet. We already paid through the app, we showed all our transfers then they gave us keys to our room. And also, the deluxe room they offer on the website with a king size bed is just a different offering. If you pick a deluxe room, they just gave you a hotel room on the ground floor with a queen bed. Also in our bathroom, the spray pipe is leaking everywhere but they can't just change it, the pipe just cost in RM10. Other than that all good, the room is just small but fine. Thanks Seeds Hotel.

Bilik G05 sangat-sangat kecil. Hanya muat untuk satu katil queen. Nak letak sejadah untuk sorang pun tak sesuai. Betul-betul depan dengan katil. So kena gerak kat tepi-tepi. 😭
