A tourism tax of MYR 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is excluded from the room rates and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Upon check-in, hotel Front Desk will collect from guests MYR 2.00 Melaka Local Government Fee per room per night. This fee is excluded from room rates. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. This deposit will be fully refunded if there is no damage or abuse of facilities occurred among your stay. All special request such as early check-in, late check-out, higher floor, extra bed etc are strongly subject to availability. Guests are encouraged to contact hotel at least 24 hours before arrival. Charges may apply. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to availability. Car park of hotel is chargeable at MYR5 per car (flat rate). Please note that the car park is on first-come-first-serve basis. This is a strictly non-smoking hotel. Penalty might be imposed if guest failed to comply Hotel's Non-Smoking Policy.
