Unexptected upgrade to corner suit with beautiful sea & pool view really create a wonderful memory for our trip

Amazing customer service, all staff are very welcoming and helpful. House keeping was wonderful, every time we went out they will come and tidy the room with little thoughtfulness surprise. Bravo. Definitely it was a first class experience.

It is a very comfortable resort, the housekeeper, staff of restaurant, swimming pool are very helpful and nice, they always smile

完全無組織的員工，對於酒店內的資訊，要嘛不清楚，要嘛不正確。 需要他們送東西到房間或是過來提供一些服務，他們都需要耗上1小時以上。再次打電話過去，都說on the way，還是需要等上很長的時間才會出現。 一些公共區域的垃圾桶非常的臭。 數不清的糟糕事件

住rasawing個邊 本身諗住景觀應該會唔錯 點知望住停車場 超失望 但除左呢樣野 其他都好好 服務好 泳池好正 環境超舒服 早餐都好多選擇

Over all experience is sub par. Need to improve: 1. Reception manpower need to improve 2. In room coffee maker 3. No gold member benefit during my stay.

I stayed in Rasa Sayang Wing, more quiet than Garden Wing as family with kids usually stay in Garden Wing. Service in hotel restaurants are very slow as staff is not enough. Hotel service is so far so good. The private beach is only a small area. Have free shuttle bus to George town but only 4 times a day and it takes about 30 mins drive. Overall, it's a nice hotell for relax and leisure.

Overall satisfaction is ok. However, the services were generally too slow. It took more than 20 rings on the phone to get hold of the operator in a number of occasions. For one time, I had to hang up and re-rang. The calls were made in the evening around 9-11 pm. There were call, it never got return call from the front desk. I had to call back after waiting for more than 15 mins. Slow response in the restaurant for breakfast and afternoon tea. May be insufficient serving staff.

入住的飯店當下的感覺不是很好 門口很小 等待房間很久 15.00入住 結果等到16.00才有房間，幫我們入住的員工動作十分沒有效率 不過態度非常好 很貼心 提供我們一個暫時的房間， 然後我們入住的房間 非常非常棒 很乾淨 空間很大

The staff we met in the front desk, the lounge, the pool, the restaurants, the park and the housekeeping staff are sincere and working very hard to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Their smiles make us want to return soon.

未來好想再住真的太棒!

Nice and relaxing environment. Staff is very helpful and polite. Excellent breakfast, delicious and many choices. Wonderful swimming pool, many trees as sunshades that u won't feel too much sunlight whenever at noon. But the room is a bit old, drains in shower area easily blocked. A/C in 1 of our 3 rooms was freezing and the control did not work.
