Alhamdulillah semua ok, tp tiada breakfast & makann disediakan, Tp hotel berdekatan dengan jeti dan restoran yg menghadap laut..makanan pun murah & berbaloi...hanya berjalan kaki 2-3 minit ke sana. request dgn bot agensi travel ke pulau Mabul& Kapalai minta ambil belakang hotel sj. Mudah xperlu naik kereta ke Jeti. Dapat bilik hotel menghadap laut, pemandangan cantik. Hotel xsediakan parking, pandai2lah cari berdekatan hotel.., tp boleh parking selama mn anda suka tiada bayaran parking dikenakan & alhamdulillah selamat. Kedai runcit & ATM pn dekat sebelah hotel sj. I💚 Semporna🏝️. Mudah2an ada rezeki kami sekeluarga datang lg bercuti ke Semporna.

Kamarnya bersih, ruangannya bersih, AC-nya dingin, tea, coffee, air mineral ada, dan staff-nya welcome, tapi sangat di sayang kan tidak ada sarapan gratis

The staff was not friendly and helpful. The chinese lady staff that attend my check out was not helpful at all. I asked is there any small place that me and my mother can perform prayer she was just answer without a smile/friendly faces saying no place to solah. At least she can try being nice and inform at least where is the nearest musolla etc. The room was so small and smelly because near to the wet market. The view also nothing special. Not recommended this place due to unfriendly receptionist and room was so small and not comfortable.

The only good point was that the wifi worked in the room, the rest was all downhill the toilet was dirty, they did not make up the room on the 2nd day. The coffee cups in the room was dirty and looks like it was not washed. Will never stay here again.
