I stayed for 4 nights for a solo traveling and it was superb! The location of the hotel is very close to anywhere, central of Georgetown, and close to many cafes and restaurants—all just by walking distance! And Arafat made me feel so welcome and attended all my needs. He is super friendly! Thank you for an amazing stay.

男女員工都很友善。房間和浴室都還不錯。晚上有點吵，但如果你白天都在路上奔波，我相信你在這裡能睡得很舒服。如果有機會，我一定還會再來。 👍🏻

如果您住在檳城喬治市，我推薦這間旅館。地理位置非常優越，附近有好幾家清真餐廳（非常適合穆斯林）。房間大小適中，裝潢美觀，也很乾淨。可惜的是沒有窗戶。浴室是公用的，但男女分開。浴室很乾淨，熱水很好。值得一提的是，每個房間都配備了吹風機，所以不用排隊。旅舍也提供冰箱、微波爐和飲水機。前台工作人員熱情友好，樂於助人。唯一讓我有點失望的是，洗衣機正在維修，所以不能在旅館洗衣服。

Menyenangkan menginap disini, kamar bersih bgt!🎀 kamar mandi sharing tp privatenya dapet bgt! staff ramah. easy checkin deposit cuma 50rm. dekat dengan berbagai tempat makan enak. ada nasi kandar hamidiyah dan crumbcookies

Second time here. Overall it was a good stay for 1 night. The room is clean, smells good and quite complete for its facility. This hotel is shared for its bathrooms and toilets, that is only the down point. But it's still okay for me. The interior also good, can do OOTD there.

staf ramah, kamar juga bersih dan terang banget. hanya saja kamar mandi kotor dan jorok, shower room keliatan udah lama nggak dibersihkan soalnya lantai menghitam udah lama nggak disikat terus sempet dapet "bonus" di toilet cewek. ya bukan salah hotel sepenuhnya karena namanya juga kamar mandi bersama. terus di hari kedua pagi hari, air mati lebih dari 1 jam. padahal itu jam2 orang mau pergi jalan2 jadi cukup ruining the plan. So so experience nginep di sini

Sleep Box Penang is a great accommodation for my family and I when staying in Penang. It is located in a strategic location and surrounded by many attractions, shops, restaurants, and bars. To go anywhere is just walking distance. It is a very recommended accommodation.

Pasti balik lagi kesini sih kalau liburan di Penang.. senyaman itu hotelnya, staffnya ramah, pemberhentian bus di sebrang hotel banget (Banana Boutique), jalan kaki sedikit udah ketemu Chulia Food Street.. rekomen banget deh.. kemarin dapet 400ribuan (solo trip) kalau berdua bisa banget lebih hemat jadi sekitar 200ribuan permalam 😍

Kamar, toilet, kamar mandi semuanya bersih. Kalo mau minta bersihin kamar harus request ke resepsionis. Bagus banget fasilitas hotelnya.. hairdryer ada di setiap kamar, smoking area bisa di balkon, ada kulkas, microwave, dispenser yang bisa dipake bersama. Yang paling gong ada self laundry yang bisa dipake gratis!!

Unfortunately, receptionist isn't standby for 24 hours while I have to catch up my early morning flight. I have confirmed to the receptionist previous night and they say it 's possible to do check out in the early morning. Finally I did self check out while lossing 50 RM of my deposit.

Recommended! Hotel serasa rumah, bersih, nyaman, wangi. Bener² puas banget. Walau WC di luar tp bersih loh. Staf juga ramah banget. Bener² puas dan akan kembali ke sini jika ke Penang.
